Hi Joey,

Later afternoon (after 3pm) tomorrow works best for me. If 
that doesn't work, I'm available most of the day on Thursday. 
The number on my laptop is 20180333[Edit Inv].

Hi,

We recently moved from ITC 204 to Old Ed 202, and I'm unable to print to the color 
printer, a Xerox ColorQube 8870DN that is called "CTL-Printer." The way it was previously 
set up on my computer can't find the printer - Word says "Unable to Connect" - so I 
searched for it in the "Add New Printer" dialog in Windows. It found one with that name on 
threesisters.mash.wou.edu, so I installed that, but it still doesn't work: the status 
shows as offline, and when I print to it, the print job just sits in the queue on my 
computer.
