Hi Holly,

We were just following up with you regarding a service 
request that we have for you.  (#73676)

Description: Windows 7 to Windows 10

We can schedule your Windows 7 to 10 upgrade 
overnight through our management software. Everything 
happens automatically and will also upgrade you to the 
latest Office. All you need to do is leave your machine on 
and it will upgrade between 10pm-5am. This should be 
near zero downtime. As always we still ask that you 
backup your files and bookmarks just in case something 
goes wrong. If you are unsure of how to backup for stuff 
you can contact the Help Desk at ucshelpdesk@wou.edu 
or by calling 88925.
