Hi Michele,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73681

Description: PC Blue screening constantly 

We ran updates on windows and drivers. It looks 
like the problem is still not solved with the blue 
screen. As of right now, it look like the best 
thing to do is to reimage the computer. Which 
means wiping the whole computer of anything on it 
and reinstalling windows 10. Before I get started, 
I wanted to know if there is any information you 
need on the computer you want backed up?

I checked event viewer is it blue screening very often. 
Drivers are up to date and so is windows. It was very 
slow. I am running hardware diagnostics now
