Driver was not installed for the scanner. 
Installed driver which got the scanner working 
but Medicat is asking for a scan remote server 
to be setup. I tolder her to call the company 
about this.

When Jaqueline tries to scan she gets an error: 
Scan did not scan
She needs it reconnected,  she used to do a 
process before an update to windows ten and now 
she cant find this process again. I'm not sure 
what the process she does is and I tried having 
her connect to from \\threesisters
but nothing happened
