Description: NEW HIRE SETUP: Deliver Apple 13in MacBook 
Pro laptop W#20190418[Edit Inv] to Emily Herb(no office assigned 
yet)

We have finished imaging and setting up your new 
equipment. When is a good date and time for a UCS Tech 
to visit your office and deliver your computer and 
monitor?

Chrys,

The laptop is in a Service Request(73688) but has not 
been imaged or prepared for delivery yet.  Pick up today 
is not possible but I will pass along to the techs that she 
will be on campus tomorrow afternoon.  They will 
contact her directly when they have it ready to be 
delivered. I do not know when that will be exactly. but 
hopefully at some point this week.

Good afternoon! 
I'm just writing to check on the status on Emily Herb's 
laptop. 
Emily Herb is on campus today. Any chance that her 
laptop is ready for her to go and pick up from UCS? She 
will also be campus tomorrow afternoon.
(My intention is not to pester!!! I realize it's a busy time 
of year.)

Emily is a NEW HR staff interpreter that is not assigned an office or phone yet but is 
reachable via email at herbe@wou.edu 
If you need a Secondary contact that would be Chrys Burcham in RWEC158
The laptop and NEW HIRE setup form is on the Inventory counter in ITC008.  Since she 
started work September 1st they would like us to get this laptop to her as soon as 
possible.
