I need some additional information regarding service 
request #73690

Description: SWAP MAC for PC: Deliver iMac, 21.5-inch 
W#20160351[Edit Inv] to RWEC 153 for Brian Peet and bring back PC 
desktop

We have a ticket in our queue to swap an imac for a pc 
and I was wondering where the pc was, 20170820[Edit Inv]. We can 
come to RWEC and pick it up for you when ever time is 
convenient.

We just finished imaging and setting up 
your iMac and it is ready to be swapped 
for your PC. When is a good date and 
time for a UCS Tech to visit your office 
and deliver this to you? You will need 
to ensure that you have backed up your 
personal files, favorites, and bookmarks 
before the swap.

DSPS has a user that wants a MAC and they have a newer PC desktop 
W#20170820[Edit Inv] and Monitor W#20170819(and Mouse and Keyboard) that they are 
swapping for a iMac I have for GFA redistribution.  This is not BRAND NEW 
equipment but since we are swapping I am including a GFA Setup form to track the 
swap transaction.

W#20170820[Edit Inv] and Monitor W#20170819(and Mouse and Keyboard) back to TRICIA
