HELP! 
On Wed. I called the help desk to advise them my CPU was making an annoying growling/humming noise and they set up Service Request #73705 to replace it with a loaner so they could check out the new one.   That has not happened yet.

Up until Friday, I hadn't really noticed much of anything strange going on, but Friday, I noticed that sometimes some of the files that I had opened were just mysteriously no longer open.  And when I reopened them there was no recovery message; good thing I remembered what I had just done on the last document and could re-do it.  And then the big one - out of nowhere, without warning, in the middle of composing an email, my screens went black (or blue) and it said the computer was restarting!  And upon restarting, again, no message saying that my "computer had shut down unexpectedly and did I want to recover any of the files".  Please rescue me and get me a different computer - quick!  I cannot afford to lose any information with the type of work I'll be doing this week - I'll be doomed if this continues!

On Saturday I came into the office to work and had a few different Excel files open.  At one point, when I clicked to maximize one of the minimized files, it closed out ALL my excel files.  

Question, do I need to be in the office for this change to happen?  I am scheduled to work from home on Monday and I really don't have any spare time for this but I will come in if you need me to be there in order to get set up with a different computer!  I really don't have any spare time for this!  Will the loaner have all my bookmarks, icons, etc. that I have on this present computer?

I went over around 12:30 today but I couldn't get it to have 
the same issue, because she has a super nonstandard set 
up with the 2 graphics cards, I'm thinking that will be the 
issue but I will set up a time with her so I can hear it in 
action

Debbie's CPU has been making a loud grinding 
noise for a few days 
its a newer machine but her computer is still 
working fine. 
I spoke with Gino about setting her up with a 
loaner so that we can trouble shoot
