Hi Katherine,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73708

Description: *9/19* Reimage 

I was able to finish the reimage process 
earlier today. I reinstalled the basic software 
like word, excel, and adobe reader. Is there 
any other software that needs to installed? If 
not, the laptop is ready to delivered or picked 
up. The computer for the first time, needs to 
be plugged into Ethernet, given admin rights, 
and create a mobile account. We can also double 
check that your H. drive is mounted. If you can 
send me an email on a time we can meet up to do 
this, it would be appreciated.
