Installed correct drivers and re- set up the 
copiers and codes on her computer.  Seems to be 
working now.

Went out to her office at 8:30, but she wasn't there.  
waited for 20 minutes, then returned to UCS.

No one stopped by today but she has requested 
Shandelle or Anthony stop by as it is an 
ongoing problem that she has had 3 techs look 
at 
She will be in her office from 8:30 to 10:30 
but has to leave at 10:30

Maria called to say that her printer is still 
being weird. She gets an error saying that 
'authentication failed' but if she restarts her 
computer she can get it to work once. She is 
available this morning anytime.

Hello,

First please feel free to put this request on 
the back burner until after the more pressing 
science movement is sorted out.  I know you are 
all super busy.

If I take my laptop off of campus, when I 
return, I have to log out and log in again so I 
will be able to enter the code for the 
copier/printer.  If I attempt to just re-enter 
the code it will not work.  When I opened the 
laptop off campus, I did not even access the 
internet.  This is not an issue with my fellow 
colleagues so I am assuming a fix is out there 
somewhere.  When things calm down I would love 
to have someone look into the problem.
