Jennifer Keen go t the update and it worke. 
After she restarted the machine and enters her 
desktop she gets an error:
Pop up page - PC has ran into the error and is 
going to restart. 
has happened 3 times now, every time she clicks 
on something it gives her a error. She can't 
use her computer
