Rajeeb is not seeing OneDrive connected in his file explorer and when he goes to click on it in 
the start menu it doesn't respond.

He also needs help connecting his outlook email account. He walked through the google sync 
process up until he was prompted for admin privilege to continue with the setup.

The machine can be accessed at any time by talking with this secretary and getting the key.
