she may need some help with sound to new monitor with 
Webcam and speaker as well as how to use the internal 
mic on that monitor for video conferencing or were the 
headphone jack is located on the side, etc.  Please show 
her how to select the different mic/ sound  inputs and 
outputs that may need to be adjusted for video 
conferencing
