When trying to login to Outlook it says that the account does not exist.

Could I please have assistance with fixing my outlook? I recently upgraded to windows 10 and now I am unable to log into outlook to send out time sheets. 

I am located in Admin 306. My computer # is 20130518[Edit Inv].
