but she couldn't anything, web pages wouldn't be able to 
load but after renewing the IP it fixed lol

Got her all fixed up, her computer was having a weird 
internet thing, she had an ip and was on ethernet.

When trying to open a web browser the page just spins, and never loads all the way. Checked connection, and it says the Ethernet cord is plugged in.
