restart

I have seen this machine freeze due to needing 
maintenance. Did some maintenance on it. Asked her 
to update me tommorrow to see if the freezing has 
stopped.

This color printer requires a hard restart 
before every print. The printer is not 
communicating with the computer about the print 
job. Kimberly has to cancel the print job, shut 
down the printer, then go back and try to print 
again & it will print. When she goes to print a 
second job, she has to restart the printer 
again.
