I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73836

Description: NEW EQUIP SETUP:LAT5290 2-in-1 
laptop, 2 monitors, dock & wireless kybd/mouse set 
to Todd216 (#11386&11506)

I'm Katherine from UCS. It looks like your new 
laptop is ready to be delivered. I just want to 
double check if there is any additional software 
required on the computer. If not, you can send me  
your preferred times to deliver this along with 
the two monitors, it would be appreciated.

NEW EQUIP SETUP form and INVENTORY LIST OF ALL ITEMS- please 
keep sets together.

or computers but be aware they may ask you to move files or re-image 
and keep as extras in TRI.**
