Hi,

I'm following up with this support ticket. 
Kristen is our Blackbaud alumni database 
administrator and responsible for the health and 
maintenance of the Raisers Edge alumni database. 
It's extremely important that she have a computer 
that is in top operating condition. I understand 
her current computer is not accepting Windows 10 
and she was given a loaner. However, this loaner 
is extremely slow and not conducive to her 
ability to do her job. It apparently took more 
than 15 minutes this morning to install Citrix, 
which is necessary to access our cloud-based 
Raisers Edge database. For comparison, this 
installed on my machine in less than 5 minutes, 
including download.

Is it possible to replace her original old 
computer with a new one? If not right away, we 
need her to have another loaner that is in top 
working condition. Honestly, a working, fast 
computer is more important for her than every 
employee in the Cottage.

I'm leaving for 10 days beginning this coming 
Monday and I'd like to get a plan in place before 
I leave. Is that possible?
