There is a labeled adapter for Michael Blatzley to have for 
use with W#20150268[Edit Inv] at the front desk.  When he comes in 
check back in the Tech loaner W#20091434[Edit Inv] and he can 
keep the one that is labeled as his replacement.

Annika,

I found the Service Request for  the checkout of a power 
adapter by Michael Blatzley(SR#73948)  It only says 
"Borrowed Dell charger, will return on 10/18" and no 
indication of a broken or lost power adapter, so the Desk 
made contacting assuming he had forgotten to return.  I 
have that ticket under me right now. 

If he has lost his power adapter or it is no longer 
functioning, I have a spare 90W AC adapter that I can re-
assign to him for the use with W#20150268[Edit Inv] with no 
additional cost.  I don't always have them available but 
for this one I just happened to have one available.  No 
need to purchase this time around.  We won't always 
have them so a purchase of a replacement would 
normally be the right way to proceed.

I will have this replacement adapter labeled for use by 
Michael Blatzley and available at the UCS front desk for 
him when he checks back in the other adapter that is 
checked out to him by the UCS helpdesk.
