Hi Peggy,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #73953

Description: *Winter Break* Upgrade from Windows 7 to 
Windows 10

I wanted to check with you to see if If you have all your files 
backed up already and we can get started on upgrading 
your computer to Windows 10. If you're ready we can 
manually start the upgrade and it will be done the same day, 
then when you are available on campus we will meet with 
you to make sure all programs are installed correctly.

Hi Peggy,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #73953

Description: Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 
10

It looks like we received a ticket to update 
your desktop from windows 7 to windows 10 about 
two months ago, and it looks like on our side 
the software push still has not happened.

I just want to double check if this something 
you still want? We can have this postponed 
until Winter Break, but still needs to get done 
because this a windows 10 compatible machine 
and windows 7  will no longer be supported.

The only thing you need to do to get the 
windows 10 software push is to leave the 
desktop running overnight. This means it can't 
be turned off for at least one day.
