Hi Savannah,

My desktop computer is #20130730[Edit Inv]. My laptop is #20150784[Edit Inv]. The monitors for my desktop computer are #20130770[Edit Inv] 
and #20080512[Edit Inv]. I need one of them to have a camera included in it or I need to purchase a camera I can use 
with my computer so I can do zoom meetings. 

I think I have most of my stuff on the H drive but I'm not sure how to save bookmarks to the H drive. I can 
drop off my laptop tomorrow morning around 10.

Hello,

We would like to take a look at your laptop, 
what would be a good time for you to bring it 
into us?  We can issue a loaner to you while we 
take a look at it.   I need the WOU ID number 
for both your laptop and your desktop, and an 
appointment to upgrade your desktop to Windows 
10 will be made.  In order to upgrade you will 
need to back your documents and bookmarks up to 
H Drive.  Once we have your WOU ID numbers we 
can determine your computer's eligibility to be 
replaced.

Good afternoon,

I have a few issues.

1.  This afternoon I took my laptop to a meeting and it wouldn’t 
start up and was not able to self fix itself.  

2.  I need my desk top to be updated to windows 10 as I currently 
have windows 7 on my desk top and my laptop. 

3.  Last spring I had asked for a camera for my desktop for use 
with zoom so I can have online meetings with the 30+ supervisors I 
work with. Kimber Townsend told me I may be getting a new monitor 
with a built in camera as my computer was close to needing to be 
replaced. She no longer works at WOU so where would I find out the 
information regarding that request.
