Hi Reggie:

I am not sure if all you want at this stage is 
to collect more details about the laptop.  I 
will be back on campus on Monday by about 9:00.

If you are ready to do the upgrade itself ...
How about this: On Monday the 4th I drop it off 
and pick it up on the morning of the 6th?  
Scheduling like this will also help me plan 
backing up the files.

Hi Savannah:

1. I have no idea about upgrade v. reimaging.  All I know is that my laptop runs Windows 7 and according to 
the UCS campus emails I need to get the OS upgraded.

2. Yes, my plan is to make sure I back up the files on the H drive before I drop off the laptop on Monday.

3. After I drop it off Monday afternoon, I won't need it until the first thing Wednesday morning.

Note that I have no urgency to get this done, if UCS prefers that I wait.
