Doesn't look like the user has an account yet to give her admin rights. After delivered and setup, leave the ticket open so we can go back and give adming rights.

NEW Controller in Business Services starts Monday Oct.

Her name is Ashley Wolfe(no email yet) & office will be

There is 2 existing monitors for her already in the Office 
W#20180384[Edit Inv] and W#20180285[Edit Inv] 
I will have a dock W#20180035[Edit Inv] that also will go to that 
office with the laptop  W#20190231[Edit Inv] LAT5401 On the 
Inventory Counter in ITC008.
