Joe Collinsworth	Oct 22, 2019 09:02 AM	**This is an outgoing email** Hi Christopher, I need some additional information regarding service request #74024 Description: 10/10 2-5pm User logged into a temporary account We need to reimage the library front desk computers and install Windows 10 in order to get a student worker's account set up on them and to stay up to date before Windows 7 is phased out. Our plan is to fully reimage one computer at a time so the front desk can still operate. I would like to set up a time that works for you to start this process, please let me know. They are unable to log into Microsoft Outlook while in this temporary account. His username is mhansen12 and his V number is V00311348. The next time he will be at work is Tuesday Oct. 8th 2-5.
