Hi Jacqueline,

We were just following up with you regarding a service 
request that we have for you.  (#74038)

Description: *10/8 between 8am - 4 pm* Installing app on 
Mac for Recording of IFC minutes

I scoped Garageband to your Macbook. Just make sure it 
is turned on and and connected to the internet and it 
should install automatically.

Hello,

I am looking at the instructions for how to set 
up recording minutes and microphone looping for 
upcoming meetings and there is an app called 
Garageband that was loaded on the 2009 mac 
previously used for these meetings (which was 
given back to UCS as it is no longer useful) 
the 2011 Mac that I will be using does not have 
this app. I thought I could install it because 
I didn't see a fee associated with it but after 
getting so far it prompted me with a screen to 
submit credit card information so I know I 
cannot go any further with it.

This is not a rush request but if someone could 
either call me to walk me thru it or stop by 
the office at some point in the next week or so 
that would be helpful.
