Hi Marcus,
Since we changed to the new print server 
threesisters you will need to re-enter in your 
copier code for both up and downstairs copiers. 
I have attached a tutorial on how to do this.
Please let me know if you still have issues.

ello,

I am located in RWEC 258 and have been unable 
to print (upstairs or downstairs) to the 
building printers this term.  They were 
formerly known as Krusty Downstairs/Upstairs, 
but have since been renamed Copier on Three 
Sisters/Downstairs Copier on Three Sisters and 
while I can communicate with them, I cannot 
print to them.  I keep getting error messages 
on the printers.

Might you have any time to come and look at my 
printer settings and see what is wrong with 
them?
