Hello, 
I am sending this email to let you know that 
the loaner computer I have,( DELL 20140289) is 
not working.  
At first it was working very slowly,  as of 
9/29/2019 it has not been working for me.  
It takes a long time to long me in, all day to 
complete an update.  Once  I am in, It telling 
me I have no access to the internet.  

I also have a Mac loaner as well (20160187)  
that I will not take my user /password.  

I have been working off other peoples 
computers. 

Please let me know if you need other 
information.
