Youre computer has been imaged and is ready for delivery! When would be a good time for a tech to come by and do that for you? Our hours are M-F, 8am-5pm. Have a good day!

She wants Dell 7300 laptop I have assigned W#20190235[Edit Inv] to go 
to her to replace W#20131049[Edit Inv] LatE6440.  I have put this on the 
inventory counter in ITC008 with GFA setup form.
She also has an order #11731 in to get a new dock and a newer 
2nd monitor for use with dual displays on the laptop and USB-
C/TB dock.  She wants laptop as soon as possible so we are not 
waiting for the monitor and dock to arrive before delivering.

Megan,

I was able to fix the search bar problem. I emailed the tech about it so I am not sure why that is still open. As of today the only thing wrong is it is running a bit slow (already had it re done) and the CD drive face has fallen off.

When we head over there please run extra tests on it, she 
has been saying her computer is very slow, maybe try 
diagnostics and we'll go from there

Jennifer says when she tries to open Chrome she 
can't see her search bar or tabs. She can close it 
using task manager, but that still hasn't fixed it.
She also says she cannot find her Hdrive.
