Revo uninstalled itunes, reinstalled itunes, ran dell and windows updates. User didn't have their iPad with them, I will follow up soon to make sure that everything works like it should.

Reinstalled iTunes, the user wanted me to follow up to make sure it worked once she got her iPad from home. I will follow up later in the week.

Ambre had her computer updated this summer, but 
Itunes was reinstalled incorrectly. She will be 
around anytime today.
