Hello,

We have another computer down in the Call Center. 
(It was one that didn't need to be replaced by a 
loaner.) It's number is 20130912. We'd like 
someone to come and look at it, most likely need 
a loaner. The hard drive is not found. We 
unplugged it and turned it off etc.

My caller report tonight, so if at minimum we 
could get a loaner that would be great. If it's 
possible to have Raiser's Edge on it, that would 
be great.
