Hey Lisa,

Not sure if you are the correct person to speak with, please pass this on if its someone else!

We have an SR open under Madison Hocker for W20150683. We have reimaged the machine and done some testing of performance, we don't see anything wrong with it. This station is a standard iMac with 8GB of ram so this station would not do well with video editing. Not sure what this station is used for or what the issues are still since when we test we can't get the machine to freeze. Do you know if students are still having issues with this station?

We've helped them quite a few times, we have reimaged 
this computer a few times and we have told the users not to 
save so much on their profiles. Whenever I've gone the 
computer doesn't feel slow.

Please make sure this workstation is using the NEW 
SHARED Device Adobe and not still on older Serialized 
version, I am updating the room location as it still says 
AD302 in inventory

The marcom computer #20150683[Edit Inv] is working really 
slowly and it completely froze this morning. They 
told me that UCS came to try to make it faster 
over the summer, but it didn't seem to work. 
After noon would be great. It's in TODD 127
