Her PDF default was set to edge PDF. Changed it to 
Adobe DC and it fixed everything.

Katrina cannot print PDF documents.  It is only 
allowing Word documents to be printed.  She 
said that someone came and helped her last week 
because she was not able to print anything and 
when they tested it with a Word document it 
worked.  It was not tested with a PDF.
