It looks like your computer is unable to load into windows and we will need to reimage the computer to get it working. However, we also noticed a fan inside the computer is failing. We decided it is best replace the computer completely. This might take a few days to a few weeks to get a replacement. Meanwhile, we can provide you with a loaner to use. Additionally, we need to know if there is any important information needed from the computer. If you can contact me or our front office at 503-838- 8925, it would be appreciated. Joe Collinsworth	Oct 10, 2019 10:19 PM	The error that it was giving was related to drivers needing to be updated. The graphics card fan was pretty dusty so I cleaned it out. Run diagnostics on it again and update drivers and it's probably good to go, if not she needs a loaner as she has no office computer right now	Add Attachment
