Sophos can't completely remove the PUA from W20150771.
Either it just needs a reboot (and Sophos will remove the rest of everything), or you'll have to manually remove the PUA.

Path to PUA:
/Users/cannonm/Downloads/AdobeFlashPlayer-2.dmg

If you have to remove it manually, also clear the trash after doing so.
Then reboot, and run a scan after that.
