Hi Kathy,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#74185)

Description: Upgrade to Windows 10

If you would like I can add you to the group right now. 
If so it should run tonight. I don't control the actual 
day it runs only the times it can run between. So I tell 
it to do it and it waits until 10pm and then starts. So it 
should run barring any issues provided your 
computer is on at 10pm.

She would like her machine to be upgraded to 
window 10 over night. She has backed up her 
machine to her H drive.

Please call and let her know which night the 
upgrade will take place.
