It just needed to be connected to Ethernet. I told 
front desk person that it is very old and by 
January, they will need a replacement because it 
won't image to Windows 10.

Hello,
We have a Dell Latitude laptop 20101091[Edit Inv] that can 
be checked out for use in the library.  It hasn't 
been checked out for about a year as we now have 
Chromebooks.  We tried logging into the laptop 
but it gives us this error message: There are 
currently no logon servers available to service 
the logon request.

At your convenience, can we have someone service 
it?  It is located behind our Checkout Desk in 
the lobby area.  Please let me know if you have 
any questions.
