I reinstalled ATS on to the computer and was able to get it to open at the end of the install. After i exited out of ATS and tried reopening it (like one would after logging into the CPU) and it wouldnt do anything. When looking for the .exe, all i could find was the "application reference" for ATS. 

Another detail is that at the end of the install i got a pop-up window that looked like this:

you would be in tomorrow morning.  She said she 
worked with you on this before and she will be

Hey Peter, Megan said you have fixed this before. Its super 
sketchy, if you get a chance could you do it? I've been 
fighting with it for a few days since I got the task. I was told 
to give them a web interface but apparently it cant do 
everything but thats what michael said they should use. 
Last time I went to help them with it I set it to run as an 
admin but apparently it didn't stay good.

Thought his CPU was busted but works fine. Needs it delivered back to him at 930. Make sure it turns on. If it doesnt, try some other outlets, power cables etc. 

After its set up, pass this task to Gino to see if he can get Athletic Trainer system on it. If Gino cannot, pass it back to me and i will try again Wednesday Morning.

From Gino: The program has to be run as an 
admin and if it is having issues he needs to 
get in contact with the person he got it from 
cause its super sketchy and i dont think he 
bought it through the school

notes program, but whenever he does he just gets an 
error saying "unable to locate SQI file."
