Hi David,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #74207

Description: Dead HD

I'm Katherine from UCS. I helped you earlier with 
your dead hardrive on your computer. It looks like 
we are going to need to do a replacement. This 
might take about week for the replacement to be 
ready. Additionally, I was able to access some 
files off you computer. Besides your desktop, is 
there any other information you will need? I saw 
there were some items in downloads and pictures.
