Marzio called wondeirng why no one came to do 
his update.  I left him a message letting him 
know that he would need to respond to that 
email to confirm his computer update and let 
him know Bradley would be back around 3:30.

Hi Marzio,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#74208)

Description: *10/17 at 1pm* Windows 10 update

To backup your files from your Desktop open a File 
Explorer (the manilla folder on the taskbar) and go to 
your H Drive. Open another and go to your desktop 
or any other folder you need to backup. Click and 
drag the files into your H drive. Also if you use 
Chrome sign into it to backup your bookmarks.
