I cannot get back into the Surface despite my efforts. 
I can't get Win 8 reinstalled because we only have 
Pro/Ent media.

Hi Karen,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#74218)

Description: ****10/29***  Upgrade to Windows 10- 2 
Devices

I cannot upgrade the Surface 3 to Windows 10 
because it is currently Windows 8.1 Home Edition. It 
can be upgrade to Enterprise allowing us to upgrade 
it to Windows 10 for around $50 but this device 
barely meets the minimum requirements and we 
cannot guarantee that it will run well.

Surface cannot be upgraded because it is running

Unfortunately neither of these machines exist in our 
management system. We will need to pick the 
machines up and reimage them.

Looking into this neither of these can be scheduled. 
The Dell doesn't exist in SCCM and neither does the 
Surface.

Karen,

We can get that scheduled for you!  You will 
need to make sure that you have your documents 
and bookmarks backed up to the H Drive.  If you 
can drop the equipment off here at the UCS 
Service Request Desk we can get them upgraded 
for you.  Whenever you are available to drop 
them off is great, we will just need to know 
how soon you need them back.
