It looks like these computers will have to have newer 
packages of Adobe CC 2019 installed on them, I will figure 
out a time where another Tech and I can tag team it and 
upgrade all there Adobe programs

I did log in with my @wou.edu credentials, even 
signed out and back in again. The WOU # is 
20181018[Edit Inv]. I'm receiving the same error message 
saying that my trial has expired and that I 
need to purchase it. The creative cloud says 
I'm affiliated with WOU.

It seems like she needs to sign in to adobe 
creative cloud using her @wou.edu email and then 
follow the instructions from there.

Photoshop. She uses the DMC for Homework and it 
is asking her to log in. 
I've sent an email to the student asking for 
the WOU # but if possible please check all the 
computers in DMC to make sure they have the 
right adobe stuff
