Hi!

I called a while back to schedule a Windows 
update for a couple of computers at Facilities 
Services. I was told I would receive an email 
confirming the appointment but I have not 
received anything yet. I was just wondering if 
there was something else I needed to do.

Lauren would like an after hours update to 
Windows 10.  I let her know you would be in 
contact with her and that she needs to back up 
her documents and bookmarks to H Drive and that 
they will need to leave their computers on the 
night of.
