Tracy has the Surface listed that got imaged and now wont complete the first start up without a network 
connection. Megan mentioned she didn't think we are carrying the cable she needs to connect to the network 
and boot. I let Tracy know and she is going to place an order for a "USB -> HDMI" cable. If a tech knows a 
solution or the cables needed to service this surface are different please let Tracy know.

She also needs a keyboard synced to this surface.

She is free to schedule an appointment anytime next week.
