They bought a drum cartridge and not a toner 
cartrige. Sent her pricing for a toner cartridge.

Hello,

I bought & installed new toner in the printer NS-Darwin, but it is still 
saying it is out of toner. It also has been having problems feeding paper from 
it's main drawer with non-stop paper jams. Could someone take a look at it?
