Reinstalled 10.8 and then got 10.14 started installing. Will go 
check it out tomorrow he won't be in for the rest of today

Hi Brian,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #74322

Description: **12/1**Sophos missing services on 
W20130108

It looks like we have a ticket for your iMac 
earlier last month about Sophos (anti-virus). 
Some of the services were broken, and could 
potentially make it easier for virus or 
unwanted applications to get on your computer. 
I mentioned that the computer would need a 
reimage. This would wipe any information on 
your computer, and so we decided to wait until 
football season was finished.
I wanted to see if we can get this done this 
week? Your documents, downloads, etc. should be 
moved to your H. Drive. We can also get it 
started on a day you are not in the office, so 
it won't interfere with your day to day 
activities. Let me know what works best for 
you.

I tried installing sophos three times. Didn't 
work, it will need to be reimaged. He would like 
done after football season. Probably beginning of 
December.

Description: Sophos missing services on W20130108

I'm Katherine from UCS. It looks like your iMac is 
having problems with Sophos (anti-virus software). 
Usually this takes about 15-30 minutes to fix. If 
you can contact us with a list of preferred times 
to fix this issue it would be appreciated.
