Katherine Reynoso	Dec 03, 2019 08:53 AM	**This is an outgoing email Hi Brian, I need some additional information regarding service request #74322 Description: 12/1**Sophos missing services on W20130108 It looks like we have a ticket for your iMac earlier last month about Sophos (anti-virus). Some of the services were broken, and could potentially make it easier for virus or unwanted applications to get on your computer. I mentioned that the computer would need a reimage. This would wipe any information on your computer, and so we decided to wait until football season was finished. I wanted to see if we can get this done this week? Your documents, downloads, etc. should be moved to your H. Drive. We can also get it started on a day you are not in the office, so it won't interfere with your day to day activities.
