I hope this message finds you well. 

My computer needs to be updated including my 
microsoft office applications. However, when I go 
into settings to try to update, I am not able to 
do so. Is it possible for you to allow 
permissions for me to update remotely? My 
computer property number is: 20170679[Edit Inv].
