It's been working since I looked at it last, gave
her a new power cable and will check back. Monitor
might be dying, she says she'll talk to her dept
about getting it replaced

Checked it out and I switched the outlet it was plugged into
and got it working again. Told her to let us know if it goes
out again and we'll test the monitor with a different power
cable/different computer

****This is an email****
One of my monitors has stopped working. Over the
past couple of days, it had randomly turned off
and wouldn't turn back on until I
unplugged/replugged the power cord. Then that
stopped working, and so it now won't turn on at
all. I have tried plugging in to a different
outlet and using a different power cord, but that
didn't help. I haven't tried swapping the VGA
cord because I don't have a spare one.

The bar code number is 20130767[Edit Inv], and I'm in Old
Ed 202L. I'll be out this afternoon and most of
tomorrow, but there should be someone here until
4pm both days.

Thanks for your help,

Bev
