Hi, Tricia,
Thanks for the info on the outdated software that Scott 
has on his computer. It's not worth the hassle and 
potentially hobbled functionality for what I was planning. 
You can cancel the service request.

Hi Janeanne,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #74397

Description: *11/1* adobe license move


In this request you are asking for the licenses of Creative 
Suite be moved from Scott's old station W#20141140[Edit Inv] PC 
desktop to your station W#2018
0599 a Latitude 5490 PC laptop.  The software that 
Scott had on this desktop is older Adobe suite.  
Adobe Master CS4 Win from P0070829, 
and Adobe Acrobat PRO Extended v9.0 WIN from 
P0070929

These are from 2009 and may not completely work in the 
Windows 10 operating system.  Also there ae some 
select older versions of Adobe applications that Adobe 
has notified us are no longer legal to install(see article 
linked below).   
I need to knwo if you were aware of the outdated nature 
of these applications and if you were still wanting the 
Techs to install(what the can...) on to your laptop.

Scott Carter's last day of WOU employment is 
next Friday, Nov. 8. Sometime the week of Nov. 
11, would you please remove Adobe Creative 
Suite from his computer, W2014114, in HL 220, 
and install that software license onto mine, 
W20180599, in HL 117C?
