I need some additional information regarding service 
request #74400

Description: Sophos found malware on W20150242

It looks like the Sophos settings on your computer need to
be updated. This could present a security threat to the
school network if not resolved soon. Please let me know
when you are available so we can come take a look at it.

This malware shows it's in a browser cache, so it may not be there anymore, but could one of you check?

Manual cleanup required: 'Nutcracker-Fam' at 'C:\Users\rhoadsc\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\f_001465'
