I need some additional information regarding 
service request #74448

Description: IFC SETUP: PC desktop replacement 
W#20181482[Edit Inv] replacing W#20091302[Edit Inv] for Stacy Metro

I'm Katherine from UCS. It looks like we have 
your IFC replacement for your old computer 
ready to be delivered. This will replace the 
loaner computer we currently have in place. We 
also provide an additional monitor, mouse, and 
keyboard. If there is no special software 
needed, we can deliver the items as soon as 
possible. Let me know some preferred times and 
dates that would be convenient for you. If you 
have any questions feel free to contact our 
front office at 503-838-8925.

Description: *11/6-11/8 anytime* Computer is getting full  

We were wondering if we could put a loaner in place of your machine. We can not reimage your machine due to age. Do you have anything saved locally on your computer?
