ethernet and made sure she had a mobile account 
and admin rights.

I'm Katherine from UCS. We have another loaner 
ready to be delivered to you. If you can contact 
me with a time you want to pick it up or want me 
to drop it off. We will need to do the initial 
sign-in to register your account on the computer. 
This should only take about ten minutes.

It is a loaner from your department. Because I am 
a NTT faculty, I am only allowed to have a work 
desktop. Can I please get an upgraded loaner that 
I can pick up today and use through at least 
December? I teach 2 online courses so the laptop 
has been a life saver for me!Also, I don't care 
if it is a mac or PC. :) Can I pick it up today 
around 3ish?

Needs OS update
